A thorough needs analysis was conducted with relevant stakeholders at client, resulting in a co-created curriculum with a blended delivery mode. A customized New College Grads training program was designed for client's employees.The program spanned over three months and included both pre-recorded videos and weekly live training sessions with four trainers. Assessments, knowledge checks, lab exercises, and source code reviews were conducted to track progress and provide updates to the business team. The program included topic and module-wise knowledge assessments, mentor support, individual lab reviews, and source code reviews. Trainees received assistance in project implementation and access to reference materials for effective learning and execution. A 360-performance report was submitted at the end of the training to inform business decisions.
The Outcome
The time to market was significantly reduced by 50%, from 6 months to just 3 months, a key metric improvement for client's R&D.
