Internal training is imperative to align goals & work together toward achieving those. However, lack of time in the leaders’ schedule to deliver critical training to internal leads & managers seemed to be the barrier. Additionally, a structured learning approach with multi skills that can be scalable if required was necessary. As with any Design Service company, the expense is always a constraint. Hence, designing a service that suits their budget was essential

Our Solution
The DD, DV and DFT learning tracks have been separated into three distinct batches to accommodate different trainee schedules. A blended learning approach has been implemented, with daily live trainers connect each week. An induction session with Maven and client stakeholders has been planned to enhance the learners' engagement and promote better learning outcomes. Engagement activities have been designed to increase trainee interest and excitement for client projects. Behavioural and communication training will be provided to prepare the trainees for client interviews. Regular knowledge assessments and weekly reports to the business team will track learning progress. Special sessions with client leads and managers will be held every three months to evaluate progress and assess trainee readiness. Labs and project code reviews will support project completion and informed business decision-making, ensuring proper skill placement.
The Outcome
This resulted in a significant improvement in the efficiency of the company's onboarding process. The implementation of a new strategy led to a 40% reduction in Time To Market for new employees, which is a crucial factor in ensuring a smooth and successful integration into the company. This decrease in Time To Market also had a positive impact on the company's bottom line, leading to a reduction in bench overhead costs by 30%.
