Job Description

  1. This is an individual (Stand-alone) Sales role which involves B2B sales with on-field meetings.
  2. Build a network of corporates that will look at Maven as a preferred partner for all VLSI related trainings.
  3. Promote and sell Maven’s training programs to Corporates and enhancing sales performance
  4. Deliver sales pitches and presentations to clients, highlighting the benefits of our training programs to influence purchase
  5. Contact customers via emails/phone calls/LinkedIn/Face to Face meetings to offer them products and services
  6. Achieving Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Sales Targets in line with Company’s Goals.
  7. Complete Ownership of Assigned Accounts from Lead Generation to Closure to Delivery of Final Service Offerings
  8. Responsible to design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence in the corporate space for all VLSI related trainings
  9. Qualify, nurture and close on business deals and thus managing the account on ongoing basis for further business.
  10. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

  3. Ability to understand client's needs and present solutions accordingly

  7. Highly experienced in selling to Educational Institutions and Corporates
  8. Candidate with good existing connects at CXO, VP and Director level will be an added advantage
  9. Candidates who love traveling extensively and meeting people along with sales calibre would be much suitable for this position.
  10. Good in Excel (Mandatory) & preparing MIS reports.
  11. Experience in using CRM would be highly preferred.
  12. Preparing Proposals, pre and post-sales follow-ups….etc are mandatory.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. 8-10 years of corporate sales experience with proven track record of achieving high sales numbers as an individual contributor.
  2. Interest in the Education Sector, preferred.
  3. Speaking regional languages such as Kannada/Telugu/Tamil/Hindi would be an added advantage.
