Business Objectives

1. Contacting potential Universities/ Engineering Colleges to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
2. Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
3. Finding and developing new markets and improving sales in India and South Asia.
4. Arrange Webinars and Seminars for the Universities / Engineering Colleges for presenting the VLSI training services. Developing their skills in the technical training segment especially focused on the educational industry
5. Attending online / direct conferences, meetings, in the Training and Education Industry in India / Asia
6. Achieve growth and reach targets by successfully managing the sales process and operations.
7. Responsible for customer acquisition (Academia/Universities) & interact with the management / decision maker as required.
8. Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations
9. Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting - Create a sales pipeline,Develop strategic and customer-specific sales plans to meet defined sales targets.
10. Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation - Present quotes/ Create proposal and suggest solutions to customer needs.
11. Expertise in negotiating to price, and close the deals.
    Conduct research to identify new markets.
12. Experience in planning and implementing the sales strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
2. Experience in sales, marketing - selling training courses to the colleges & universities: Minimum 2 years
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and IT fluency.
4. Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task as Account Manager
5. Hands-on experience with the education industry.
6. Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
7. Comfortable using a computer for various tasks. - Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
8. Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
9. Working experience with sales techniques - using CRM, Learning Management System.

Job Description

1. Provide comprehensive product solutions over calls from initiating the call till the closure

4. Good in Excel (Mandatory) & preparing MIS reports. Experience with CRM would be preferred.
5. Experience in Counselling/Tele Sales/Inside Sales in training companies or educational institutes
6. Speaking regional languages like Kannada/Telugu/Tamil/Hindi would be an added advantage.
7. Interest in the Education Sector, preferred.

Job Description

1. Determining all required placement requirements and assisting trainees to exchange all information appropriately. Maintain knowledge on all requirements to facilitate the efficient working of the company
2. Promote all placements of graduates to various prospective employers through Corporate connects.
3. Generate new leads (corporate employers) and maintain the relationship with the existing ones.
4. Manage the internal placement drives, tests and related activities for all trainees and ensure compliance to all regulations.
5. Update all placement related databases and prepare reports on an ad-hoc basis.
6. Prepare placement reports and facilitate in regular meetings.
7. MIS report for placements to be maintained on weekly basis
